- London Design Festival 2018At Home with Hostmaker specialise in creating bold and theatrical interiors for homes and homestays. Believing that a home should be an experiential retreat, full of discovery and little details, local makers, live demonstrations and workshops brought the space to life. For London Design Festival 2018, at Home with Hostmaker invited the travel-curious and style-conscious to attend their 'Open House' pop up event in Clerkenwell at The Roundhouse. Create FF&E design concepts (Full and Soft Furnish) for private residential clients or investment landlords for listing on homestay portals such as Air BnB and Rightmove.
Curate proposal presentations for clients and Investor Decks to include concept board, roomsets, detailed shopping list, pricing analysis and research.
Research and present seasonal trend reports to International design team for us to implement into our designs.
Coordinate and lead photoshoots and interior styling for press and events, as well as shooting for launch of new internal brands.
Research and implement, with design buyer, global supply chain to include worldwide manufacturers, wholesalers and 20% local artisans or stores for accessories.
Understand and interpret architectural drawing packs, client briefs and project requirements.
Manage and grow Instagram account. Creating internal guidelines for Global teams for consistency and brand alignment.
Assist on Open House event at London Design Festival 2018, including new brand launch, press breakfasts, public facing workshops and events.
Full project management and coordination from client specification meeting through to final installation and snagging.
Produce and analyse year end P/L and compared to prior year figures.
Perform a daily bank reconciliation for the design team, to use internally, for Global team budgeting and forecasting. Working closely with the finance team to ensure smooth project flow, purchasing and invoicing.

Generate manufacturer briefs from client supplied info, for suppliers, artisans and manufacturer quoting.
