• Ensuring Caprice Holdings and The Ivy Collection are established as a market leader in social media across Instagram and Facebook. Also developing clear strategies for LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Developing processes across the social team, working with key stakeholders and teams
• Working closely with the Creative team to develop social first content, to ensure innovation of social channels.
• Build and develop social KPIs, reports and insight, using social analytics tools.
• Developing influencer strategy, leveraging influencer relationships to reach new audiences and innovate social story telling.
• Liaising and reporting to key stakeholders, including CMO, Director of Marketing and Director of Communications

• Overseeing and developing the social media strategy for Lilium. Curating content from across the business and strategising how best to deliver it across Lilium’s social media platforms.
• Create and develop engaging content campaigns to drive brand awareness and investment to new and existing global audiences.
• Working with the Creative Director to develop and define social visual identity for Lilium.
• Leading the design and implementation of the social media strategy, including working with VP of Marketing and Communications on 360 quarterly and yearly plans
• Set and report KPIs for social media for business updates.
• Developing and maintaining a system for content mapping and social/online brand monitoring
• Developing the strategy and building relationships with key industry influencers and stakeholders. Hosting influencer and press trips to HQ and test site.
• Innovating the social space for Lilium, delivering market leading campaigns
• Working closely with key stakeholders to educate how social media can establish Lilium as a market leader.
• Support Executive teams with online presence.
