About me
Experienced in managing several social media communities and leading and managing online campaigns. As Social Media Officer (often referred to as the 'One Person Social Media Team') at Anglia Ruskin University, I manage several accounts. This involves: -Content creation -Copywriting -Managing and executing various campaigns either single-handedly or managing a team. -Auditing our social media profiles -Providing social media training and workshops for internal staff and students -Creating and implementing tone of voice guidelines for our brand online -Creating content calendar for Corporate Marketing department -Analysing data daily -Producing a monthly Social Media and Online Reputation Report -Benchmarking against competitors -Launching and managing paid social media campaigns -Excellent Photoshop, InDesign, Premier Pro and Final Cut Pro skills -Analytical and reporting skills A highly creative and self-motivated person; I wanted to combine my marketing and communications knowledge and skills gained in my job with my passion for the fashion industry, which is why I started my fashion blog hannahgladwin.com in June 2017. Within these seven months, I have secured one paid blog post, a combined social following of almost 3k and 2.5k total page views. From this I've expanded my knowledge of: -Fashion communication SEO -Website Optimisation -Google Analytics and Adwords -Networking with fellow fashion and beauty bloggers and brands.

  • ARU25 days of Christmas - Campaign 2017
    ARU25 days of Christmas - Campaign 2017ARU Christmas Campaign 2017 This campaign was created by me - from the production and content creation to the implementation. Overview 2017 is the year of Anglia Ruskin's 25th anniversary as an official university. In brief, the campaign’s purpose is to link with our 25th anniversary celebrations and celebrate our diverse community. The campaign will be a Twitter advent calendar of 25 days, using the 25th anniversary hashtag #ARU25 with a festive tweet each day until Christmas, but the content will also filter out to our other platforms such as Facebook, Instagram…  A feel-good video will make up part of this content which will be made available for everyone to use however they wish. The video will feature the VC, staff, students, alumni and all friends of ARU. The Christmas campaign will launch on 1 December finishing on 1 January 2018 1. Twitter: #ARU25 days of Christmas content Purpose: Countdown to Christmas, raise brand awareness, encourage more engagement, showcase our varied and diverse content (eg. highlight academics’ festive articles) and to celebrate our 25th Christmas as a university. 2. Celebratory video of the ARU community Purpose: Create a sense of belonging, bring together our community into one video, celebrate our diversity, spread our Christmas message as widespread as possible and showcase the local university cities, especially to raise the profile of Chelmsford as a place to study.
