    I am responsible for setting the direction for how content is used across our multiple markets, brainstorming creative approaches, collaborating with stakeholders throughout Europe to agree a final plan, and then seeing it through to delivery across multiple markets. My role involves maintaining relationships with 20+ stakeholders at a time, often with different motivations and in different countries, understanding their requirements to then pulling together a plan that delivers the best solution for everybody. Promoted to this role and given increased responsibilities including: - Project manage the delivery of all of content across the markets, ensuring it is on brand and delivered on time. - Plan forthcoming activity and identify new opportunities to support range launches in our markets across Europe. - Schedule regular meetings with agencies, content production teams and product teams to ensure we’re aligned across all channels and not duplicating effort. - Review all customer facing content to ensure it is on brand. - Running regular workshops with senior stakeholders to define and implement digital content strategies for new campaigns. - Working with our analytics team to review trading performance across the group to create KPIs for all new launches, and ensure these deliverables are understood across a multifunctional team. - Analysing end to end online customer journeys, highlighting pain points and creating deliverables plans to fix these. - Working with various tools to ensure all our content is optimised for SEO in all of our markets. - Working with the wider group content production team to define our production strategy across imagery, videos and 3D modelling, ensuring it is not only evergreen but reusable across all the relevant areas of our websites.

    - Sole representative of the digital tools content team; defined our ways of working, established a e2e content processes and ensured the smooth delivery of content requirements and assets to all feature teams. Whilst reviewing our 3D content production process it became apparent we needed to switch vendor. I researched the market and recommended a change which has since saved Kingfisher over £30,000 (in 3 months) and our production process is now 9.6 times faster. - Defining what digital content should be leveraged to reach ‘project’ customers, and helping to transform the layout of all of our Operating Company websites across Europe. This includes; - Running workshops with senior stakeholders to define site plans, key messaging and ranges, to ensure we’re plotting this information at the right point in the customer journey.  - Ensuring all digital content aligns across print and ATL campaigns, and has been through the correct governance and sign-off processes. - Line management of one full time member of staff (digital copywriter), providing career guidance and regular feedback to achieve their goals within the wider business. - Developing strategic plans to take our content across multiple markets, project managing the translation process and ensuring timely delivery of assets.
