About me
Since graduating with a degree in Graphic Design from the Arts University Bournemouth, I have gained valuable experience from companies spanning across Graphic Design, Events and Architecture. Working for these firms has seen me develop skills in video, animation, branding and print/digital design. Outside of this I like to experiment with fine art, regularly taking part in exhibitions to develop and improve my skills. My work is often influenced by my love of architecture, music and new technologies.

  • LoLo
LoLoAn installation exhibited at the Barbican, in conjunction with their new exhibition about cabaret culture. The piece was created in response to the work of Lois Fuller, a cabaret dancer from the 1920's. By projecting footage onto layers of thin fabric, I was able to recreate her dance movements in a three-dimensional space. The piece was shown at a series of events, in particular the tenth anniversary of the Barbicans 'Creative Learning' programme.
  • Botan
Botan‘Botan’ is a toy city inspired by the work of Frank Lloyd Wright and his concept of ‘Organic Architecture’. Trees can be plugged into power stations, powering lights that shine on a centre tree representing nature and the environment. I also designed a large-scale mural to go alongside it. The piece was exhibited at the Barbican as part of an exhibition I helped organise.
  • AUB: 15-02-18
AUB: 15-02-18Using a processing sketch, I was able to capture the flow of movement around my universities courtyard, the information gathered from a time-lapse I had filmed over a lunch break. This produced a pattern that I etched into acrylic using a laser cutter, along with the co-ordinates of the courtyard and the date the time-lapse was filmed.
  • 24 Hour Party People: Eat Sleep Rave Repeat
24 Hour Party People: Eat Sleep Rave RepeatBook cover for a novel about a clock that sends people back in time, set in a nightclub. The design is inspired by rave posters from the 90's, as well as the work of Factory Records.
  • Concrete Salon Branding
Concrete Salon BrandingA visual identity I designed for an exhibition at the Barbican. Each output contains concrete textures, taken from photographs of walls around the estate.

HDITS | 'The Spirit Of Camden' | Teaser TrailerThe teaser I edited and graded for ‘The Spirit of Camden’, the first episode of ‘How Does It Sound?‘, a documentary film series that explores the relationship between underground musicians, grassroots music venues, and cities around them. All the post-production is done with Final Cut Pro X except for some color grading finishing touches done on Filmconvert. Fun fact: this project is born just here on The Dots
