- Equal Care Co-op Social Care Platform ProjectProblem: Equal Care Co-op’s social care platform was sometimes unintuitive, and did not have a great mobile experience. Therefore, it was not easy to learn or navigate, and basically had big lists of information that were difficult for users to consume. This meant that Equal Care Co-op needed a platform that worked well for their governance structure, technophobic employees, and mobile-friendly for care workers that are on-the-go giving support. - Denvolve SEO, Web Design & DevelopmentI discovered that Denvolve was a new local dentist that was not well-known. Therefore, it was not trusted and did not have many customers due to the following pain points: • The content on the Denvolve website was not professional enough as there were some unfilled pages, such as the Recruitment page, the Testimonials page, and all of the pages in the Learn About section. • The navigation of the Denvolve website was unintuitive and difficult to use and there were no links back to the homepage o
- CasildART Contemporary Website Revamp ProjectI discovered that users of the original CasildART Contemporary e-commerce website were having issues with: • The navigation system (including site search). • The website layout. • The colour contrast. • The presence of quantity dropdown lists in the shopping cart and the product pages. • The accessibility of job and volunteer opportunities. • How the website promoted art showcases and exhibitions. This created an opportunity to solve these problems by redesigning the website.
