About me
I’m a final year student of Fashion Marketing at the University of Manchester, learning the tools and techniques to be a successful marketer. My course develops traditional marketing skills and I gain a wider insight into the Fashion industry by focusing on topics such as Garment Technology, Buying and Merchandising. Together with my industry experience within Supply Chain, I’m a well-rounded individual with valuable insights into a broad range of business functions. My area of specialism, and my passion, is to develop a career in Marketing.

Isobel Digital MarketingI used the interim period between my year in industry and starting my final year of university to start offering marketing services on a freelance basis. Acquisition of Amazon as a Customer of L'Oréal ACD UKDuring my internship, I was the sole Customer Supply Chain owner of the new customer, Amazon. Within just a few months, Amazon quickly became one of the largest customers for the Active Cosmetics Division (ACD) and I was responsible for meeting this demand. Working collaboratively and proactively meant this was a successful partnership between L'Oréal ACD UK and Amazon.

Predicted Grade: 1st 1st year (71%), 2nd year (72%), 3rd year (74%) Fashion Marketing (BSc) focuses on the unique way in which the industry meets consumer needs, with an emphasis on design and creativity. I’ve created various campaigns, range plans and trend boards within my degree and I know how to critically approach marketing through the lens of PESTLE and SWOT analysis. I have taken a critical and keen approach to the topic of sustainability within fashion, something I intend to continue with in my career.
