- Axel Arigato: Sound Meditation for International Mental Health DayAxel Arigato Copenhagen invites you to explore the power of sound meditation, brought to our space by KAÍLO YOGA; we will be offering a 1-hour session to start with an intro and breath work followed by sound healing. October 10th is World Mental Health Day; an international day for global mental health education, awareness and advocacy against social stigma.
