About me

I’m Izel Dugen, illustrator and digital storyteller based in Leeds, UK. My work is narrative and character-based and thematically responds to and investigates the abstraction of human relationships through technology. I am particularly interested in technology that seeks to create a simulacrum of romantic interaction, such as otome games and AI, and the metaverse. I am currently on the Channel 4 Content Creatives programme.

  POSTER DESIGN: SWAP SHOP! ☆This is a speculative poster design for a brief I worked on as part of my Content Creatives training at Channel 4. Our brief involved the rebrand of a fictitious outdoor clothing company, and the conceptualisation of a summer campaign. This is a poster I designed for a 'Swap Shop' event that was proposed as part of the campaign.
