Heyy �!! My name is Jerneva (pronounced Jer-knee-va), a UX/UI Designer based in London. In 4 short years, I have managed to rank up over 12,000 hours in UX/UI Design, acting as a "in-house" UX/UI Designer, lead designer, freelance designer, UX consultant, product advisor and Chief Design Officer (You know what they say about the 10,000 hour rule �), this has allowed me to optimise my take on user-focused design, quality and speed of my design work.
I approach all my projects with discovery sessions to understand the client, business objectives, competitor's weaknesses, usability testing of current products and not forgetting user interviews or data to also understand your users, their behaviours, mindset, pain points etc., all of which are used to design or improve your platform.
I have worked with start-ups, agencies and global brands in many industries including EdTech, FinTech and PropTech. I have helped companies to improve and completely reimagine their product based on user feedback, build and launch products and improve the UX and UI of their products.
