About me

 

JC Pinheiro is a Toronto based editorial and commercial photographer. He works in stills and motion, focusing on sport/athletics/active lifestyles. His past projects range from a UK Surfing Documentary, to behind the scenes editorials for Sportsnet Magazine, to fashion creatives, and interactive photo/video hybrids. He is the Founder, Publisher and Interactive Designer for RADmag, a magazine created to showcase the work of Art & Design students at Ryerson University. His passion is passion – capturing and representing subcultures. Previous Clients: Sportsnet Magazine, US Lacrosse, Champion USA, Publicis Kaplan Thaler NY, Lacrosse Magazine, Hockey Canada Images, LA Kings, Royal Ontario Museum (ROM), and Maytree Foundation.

  • Ryerson Art+Design Magazine (RADmag) was born out of a vision to create a medium of celebration, inspiration, and collaboration — Celebrate and showcase the work of students in Photography, Fashion, and Interior Design. Provide an outlet to inspire one another and the world at large. And aid in connecting students in these related visual disciplines, that often work in isolation on campus, even though we will likely be co-creators after graduation.
