About me
When I was at university, trend forecasting always seemed like a mystical art form: cool creatures hunting down the next big trends and seeking out influencers by peering into a fashion crystal ball.
As a result, I jumped at the chance when I was given the opportunity to work closely with these trend shamans after graduating from London College Fashion. And I immediately fell in love. The work was hands on and varied, and the people were real, knowledgeable and encouraging. I knew I could and would learn lots.
Fast forward and I have over four years worth of experience in writing and editing. Working on trade shows and catwalks, I can manage teams, I have a great knowledge of global events (especially looking after over 150 of them, and hopping continents to cover trade and catwalk shows). As an adventurous Sagittarius, I’m always seeking out dynamic environments, challenges and working with a breadth of interesting people.
Caveats? I’m a little infatuated with Instagram. After a brief trip to Brazil (and being quoted in: Glamurama, O Estado de Minas, and www.minastrend.com.br) I truly believe I’m honorary Brazilian. And running my first 10km set off a fitness chain reaction that has resulted in copious exchanges about protein, HIIT and attempting to achieve the crow in my yoga class.

This is why all its candles use vegan-friendly ingredients, its jars are reusable, its product labels are made from recycled paper and it encourages returning customers to save their coin and the earth by reusing their jars. Get Chill lovingly hand pouring its candles in a kitchen in East London, setting intentions for the greatest and highest good of its customers ✨✌. So, if you're like
- For the love of kinshasaIn November I was hired by a non profit organization: @congonationofball to document basketball players, students and locals that inhabit the magical and beautiful city of Kinshasa, DRC Africa. Within the first few days of this amazing 14 day adventure I was instantly mesmerized by the all the beauty and colour Kinshasa had to offer. The Congo is known for being extremely dangerous and violent which is not the case, especially in Kinshasa. Our goal was to illustrate the beauty of this magi
