- Sister TiesMy graduation project is created for fashion designer Simone Rocha to develop a stronger relationship with her target group. The fashion film tells an abstract story about three orphans who create their own sisterhood. These sisters aren’t bounded by blood but formed their own sisterhood. They defined their hair as blood. The ritual of brushing and braiding each other’s hair forms their core of the sisterhood.

Inspired by the theory of Erwin Goffman, ‘The Presentation of Self in Everyday Life’, Garment Magazine The Fashion Lab Issue was created to grant you with the resources necessary to experiment with your alter-ego. Challenging the authenticity of one’s identity, embracing your alternative selfs. Your fashion lab has no borders and no constraints.
