  Roar EarringsA brand created by myself and Samantha Weston. Shot and edited by myself for our social media launched mid-2018. Earrings were all handmade by myself and Samantha in order to match each individual with a pair that fit each individual differently. A large portion of our customers was due to our presence on Instagram. These images were used as content for Instagram. Instagram DM was integral in our success, as well as AUT Market Day. • We are'we are' is an exploration of content before context, through the medium of typological portraiture. Its aim is to disrupt assumptions held by the viewer. Portraits are supported by interviews of those pictured within a book. These interviews are an honest, frank and at times lighthearted look at their lives identifying as a queer people in Auckland, New Zealand. This 45 page limited edition book was designed, photographed and produced by myself. 'we are' was exhibited at AUT Shift exhibition
