  • Losing More than Vision
Losing More than VisionHave you ever wondered what it would feel like to lose yourself in the night? To close your eyes and wake up as someone unable to live in the body that has housed you for your entire existence. Have you ever wondered what it would feel like to relearn every skill you’ve ever gained? Even those you were taught as a child? Walking, writing, getting dressed, tying your shoelaces, zipping up a jacket, making a cup of tea. Maybe it’s unfathomable. Maybe it’s not. But, if it happened to you, how would

Simply just passing through tells of so much - the stories told, the life milestones experienced, and the guests who’ve come and gone. And, almost as a leaving gift, you become one of those guests. Another line to the ever-evol
  • When I was a Sailor
When I was a SailorPam and Peter, gushing over old memories. Peter, who was a sailor for many years, displays his old sailing maps, proudly modelling the cap and pipe which never left his side when on the water. “When I was a sailor…” he says, as each item he picks up washes him back into oceanic memories. He speaks of fond memories sailing with his crew, and how he was the best at his job. “I was the map reader”, he declares proudly, spreading his navigation tools across the table. Then, disappearing, he return
