About me
I’m a multi-hyphen, bi-lingual (English & German) London based, Germany born, half-American, third culture kid (I know, it’s a mouthful 😅). I am an antiracism educator, writer, speaker, podcast host, creative and events producer, consultant and more. Here to connect and help where I can 🙏🏽 With a passion for Social Change, Mental Health, the Arts and Spirituality I hope to use any and all means available to me, to tell stories that shape a better world. I went on to co-found the DEI Agency BELOVD Agency alongside my then business partner Marvyn Harrison. As well as building consultancy frameworks, writing and delivering workshops across all things DEI and building a team with BELOVD, I spent over 2 years actively consulting businesses across various industries and supporting them in creating safer, fairer and more equitable workplaces. Having left the business at the end of 2022, I now continue some of this work with a specific yet intersectional focus on anti-racism. Beyond that, I work as a writer for various publications, consult and curate events for organisations aligned with my values, run workshops, host a podcast called The Third Way Podcast and am actively involved in advancing the interests of Black Communities in the UK and worldwide.
Projects
  • BE INSPIRED 2019 & 2020
BE INSPIRED 2019 & 2020I produced, curated and creatively directed the Be Inspired LIVE experience in 2019 and virtual experience in 2020. Being the multi-hyphen person that I am, I may have also directed a vocal ensemble (see picture) and hopped on a panel for it, as you do ;) From performances to workshops for care experienced young people - not a dusty old event but a festival type experience endorsed by London's mayor Sadiq Khan and guests such as: Mo Gilligan (2020) GRIFF (2020) Ellie Prohan (2019/2020) Zachary
  • YOUNG KING
YOUNG KINGI wrote YOUNG KING in 2018 in response to the murder of yet another unarmed Black man, Botham Shem Jean, after just having met my nephews in Tennessee for the first time. A year later my good friend MckNasty, tricked me into recording the track, produced it and in 2020 we released the piece as a single. To bring it all to life, I asked my incredibly talented friend and creative director Edem Wornoo to come on board and YOUNG KING the film was born. Watch the visual offering, exec produced by
