RAWBLAK (Summary)RAWBLAK is an exploration into the wasteful consumption practice of the human race. Inspired by and representative of the climate crisis, this body of work portrays oil spills, oceanic plastic pollution and post-modern fashion through a dystopian lens. The collection was designed and created last year as one of my final university projects; using entirely waste plastic, up-cycled garments and responsibly sourced materials. All looks and images were created and edited by myself.
  • RAWBLAK (Photo)
RAWBLAK (Photo)A selection of promotional images showcasing looks 1-4 of the "RAWBLAK" collection. Highlighting the effects of pollution and overproduction, these looks were created using entirely waste/up-cycled materials. I designed and created all looks as well as produced and edited images.

    Camera operatorUniversity of Bradford
     - Bradford, United KingdomFull Time
Over the course of my university career I was a camera operator on a variety of projects. My role entailed assembling, preparing and set up equipment prior to filming, including tripods, monitors, and lighting. Suggesting different camera angles for particular scenes, planning shots. This role taught me to adapt and work quickly. I had the opportunity to work as a camera operator for the university winter graduations, which provided me with the chance to see what it is like to work on a live broadcasting team.

    Production AssistantUniversity of Bradford
     - Bradford, United KingdomFull Time
During my time at university, I took the role of Production Assistant. Whilst in this role, I helped and managed a range of groups of 4-8, my role included arranging schedules and meetings, producing call sheets/shot lists, finding actors and locations, booking equipment and keeping my group on track to meet our scheduled deadlines. This role allowed me to not only keep great time management but also helped develop my communication, organisation, and administrative skills. This role pushed me to become more adaptable in situations and work well under pressure. I also had the chance to ensure that all the necessary paperwork our group needed was fulfilled to a high standard, I was able to fo this by creating a shareable group folder with all the documents needed.

First Class BA (Hons) Film, Television and Digital ProductionUniversity of Bradford
     - Bradford, United Kingdom
Over the course of three years, I studied film and television production at the University of Bradford. During my time there I learnt a variety of valuable skills; from working in a team, to setting up and operating cameras, sound egenieering, editing and production management. I also enhanced the skills I already had including MS Office, organisation and written and verbal communication. I had many opportunities to work on array of group and individual projects, both of which have taught me to be adaptable, self motivated and improve the quality of my time management.
