- Printed tilesThis project consists of Silkscreen printed tile designs inspired by a recent holiday to Florence, Italy. I developed my drawings through the use of sketchbooks and computer programmes like Adobe Illustrator, and then screen printed them onto cotton and linen fabrics. I have used a vibrant colour palette to capture the bright colours associated with Mediterranean seaside towns, particularly Cinque Terre. The context of this collection is tableware, in which I researched Al Fresco dining.

I assisted on the front cover shoots for April and May. This included unloading props, keeping record of which props were used, selecting relevant accessories for each shoot, creating mood boards in the weeks leading up to the shoot, seeing cushions and generally assisting.

In July this year I exhibited my work at New Designers show in London. This was a fantastic networking event and a great opportunity to showcase my work and get it in magazines.
