      • I am currently working within the production arm of Globe, Universal Music UK’s creative partnership division. My role is focused on working with a broad range of artists and creatives to create banging music/lifestyle content for labels, brands, and broadcasters. The day to day involves: - developing my own slate of original music content for TV/digital platforms: ideas and visual experiences that support key label artist campaigns and/or offer clear brand partnership and long-tail revenue opportunities - supporting the MD of Globe Productions in the acquisition of new IP and development/delivery of priority video/audio projects – includes day-to-day producer responsibilities, as well as co-ordinating legal, licensing and financial processes - writing treatments, leading brainstorms, pitching ideas; creating mood reels, show-bibles, and other key visual assets - hands-on producing and production management; shooting, directing, editing where possible consulting with account management and new business teams on creative/content strategy in response to live briefs - building and maintaining a network of wider-entertainment contacts including artist managers, platforms, broadcasters tech companies, creatives, influencers - collaborating with the Globe social team to populate channels with exclusive assets and develop tone Latest productions include - 2019 The Manor: Free The Geezer Podcast (Producer), Sigrid x Gortex: Jacket Tryouts P2/P3 (Producer), Masters of Potential: i.       • Responsible for connecting artist teams to emerging tech./ digital platforms and catalysing the development and delivery of original multi-layered brand partnership campaigns. I helped deliver over £2m of new business, working across ambitious content-led campaigns with A-list talent. Highlights included: - 'On The Record’, a 22-part artist interview series I produced/directed for the Sony Xperia Lounge, a global media-app (audience circa 52m). Featured artists included John Lydon, Placebo, Michael Kiwanuka, Emeli Sande, Sean Paul, Jake Bugg, UB4O, Brian May, Max Richter, George Benson, HAIM, Madness, Jessie Ware, Def Leppard, Ne-Yo, Sting & Shaggy. - Pete Tong & the Heritage Orchestra: Live at the Jaguar Land Rover E-PACE Launch - managing artist and brand relations, alongside content delivery (live performance stream, highlights films for press partners and brand/artist socials). The live stream amassed a total audience of over 750,000 across platforms making the E-PACE one of the most viewed vehicle launches in JLR’s history. The campaign was later nominated for a 2018 Music Week Award. - Tinder presents: The Vamps: Live at Abbey Road - developing campaign creative, co-ordinating artist teams, and commissioning multiple content touchpoints for in-app and brand socials. I was also tasked with managing music video product placement for frontline labels; liaising with brand, video commissioners and production teams to integrate brand logo or key products within or around the music video creative as well as capturing additional assets (BTS videos, photography, Instagram takeovers etc).       • I quickly progressed from freelance studio runner to full time production assistant working on a number of different TV and commercial productions including: The Healthy Lottery (Live Studio Draw), Tesco Mum of the Year 2014 (Live Audience), Celebrity Big Brother 2014 (VTs/Commercial), Ocado Spring (30" TV Ad.), MILKSHAKE AM (VTs & Live Studio) and The Plantagenets (Documentary Series). For each production I rotated between roles, picking up experience in development and production roles, including research, lighting, camera operation, editing and creating VTs.
