I am a freelance senior designer with 12 years’ experience, working through my own Limited Company since 2012. I began my career in retail and food and the last few years have worked with corporate and finance companies on various branding, print & digital projects.
I also enjoy helping small company start ups to produce engaging and well crafted brand identities, and can provide the client with all the marketing materials they need to get their new business up and running.
I believe good customer service is key and always go the extra mile for my clients, to build that good relationship, and making it an enjoyable and collaborative design process.
Projects
- Tesco in store campaign identitiesCreated and rolled out identities for various in store campaigns, for example Summer BBQ, Father's Day, Rugby World cup and Notting Hill Carnival, to promote selected products and add theatre to aisles in store. Using the Tesco Rugby World cup identity, we created designs for shelf capping, shelf talkers and bunting, in order to highlight an aisle selling products perfect for world cup get togethers.
- Carter Consulting brand identityA tech start-up consultancy’s identity was created with a play with sections of the letter ‘C’ to create an impression of the curves ‘bouncing‘ or jumping from a platform. This indicated starting up and giving movement and dynamism to the logo. Supporting imagery was then sourced and developed for use on social media, website and branding stationery.

Delivered a variety of integrated projects at this vibrant design agency, gaining further experience of digital design. Key projects include: Leading the design and delivery of conference graphics for Reckitt Benckiser, exhibition look & feel for MIPIM - an international property event in Cannes, an E-learning course for Rolls-Royce and a staff microsite for Drax Power Group. Was appointed 4 junior team members to assist and mentor in their careers and offer day to day design support. Plans to create a Corporate Social Responsibility programme for the company were also developed outside of our normal role expectations.
