Projects
- Sara Fanelli commission product range for TateRenowned illustrator Sara Fanelli agreed to the commission to create original artwork for a range of retail products for Tate. I developed the product and worked with suppliers, visiting the factories to get the range delivered on time to budget and at fantastic quality.
- Christmas seasonal product range for Carluccio'sDeveloped and project managed the range of products for Carluccio's Christmas. Brought the range to market from concept working with the suppliers and design agency ensuring the products met with the right quality, margin and high standards. Working on the Creative Direction at the beginning of every range to achieve clear strategy look and feel.
- Scarf accessories developed for TateI commissioned and project managed a range of scarves with textile designers Wallace Sewell to bring to market the range as part of the hugely successful Gauguin exhibition at Tate Modern. Ensuring they were delivered on time to budget and fit the brief of the scarves being inspired by 2 key works within the show.
- Wooden model kits Muji EuropeConceptualized and product developed this range of wooden model kits themed around instinct animals managing the entire project to ensure it came in on time and on budget. Ensured the commercial appeal was very strong and at the right retail price and margin. Adhering to brand ethics and DNA. bestselling Muji product selling over 8000 units a week at peak trading time.
