- Finding Faith in the FightBefore taking up photography as a form of activism I felt hopeless about the state of the world, still believe we’re heading towards dark times, but through my work I managed to find peace, it’s been a journey of finding faith in the fight. Since 2020, I’ve covered more than 200 protests and actions in the UK, I focus on social issues and climate change activism. I have a lot of respect for the devotion in activists and the portraits I take are my way of building statues to them.
- Black Lives MatterIn the beginning of 2020, aged 35, I decided it was time to make some changes in my life, I quitted drinking and smoking and started running and making healthier choices. So when the first lockdown hit London, being furloughed from my bartender job, I had an immense amount of energy and running and photography provided an escape valve. Then George Floyd was murdered.
