    SEAT ITV identsFully responsive game design for the SEAT ITV idents sponsorship to promote the SEAT Ateca at www.missingcar.com Putting you at the front line of the investigation, the Missing Car game uses the setting of the show together with clues to solve a mystery. Developing week-to-week, you can save your progress, share on social media, and most importantly, be in for a chance to win by closing the case. Every week would feature a specific product feature.     Working as an art director within the wider creative team covering digital and creative design output from the studio and managing a team of designers of different experience level to produce high quality work for client pitches, projects and to brief. Clients include SEAT, Primark, TRESemme, Harley-Davidson, Knorr and Sloggi to name a few. Responsible for · Overseeing the design output for the studio · Managing workflow to the studio & delegating work within the design team · Assessing the need for freelance resource · Time management and mentoring team members · Planning of personal development plans for my team · Seeking out design placements and giving them a supportive and rewarding experience · Presenting to client and internal stakeholders · Collaborating with other creative teams, art directors, copy writers, creative directors, producers, creative tech and other key project stakeholders to deliver design work to brief · Designing for the responsive web to create engaging and unique experiences for our clients customers · Concepting for pitches and existing clients · Creating global digital toolkits for social media platforms for clients such as Sloggi and Knorr and setting art direction for these. Further to this, my role necessitates · Having a hands-on approach to projects & prioritising workload · Being an active member of meetings and in pitch situations · Meeting clients face to face to discuss work and ‘sell in’ ideas and our design rationale as a confident speaker · Being a safe pair of hands that can turn work around quickly · Showing energy, enthusiasm and positivity throughout to keep things moving · Maintaining good relationships with other areas of the agency to ensure this · Develop processes to ensure work flow is constant and manage these processes · Work across different touch points when required such as UX and print. · Being passionate about designing story-led, innovative, user experiences that are engaging, functional and fun and crafting tone of voice to have the best possible reach. · The ability to direct photographers and directors in shoot situations · Work collaboratively with others in a timely and proactive way.
