Beginning as a Senior Creative and being recently promoted to Art Director, I worked with the Executive Creative Director and creative team to conceptualise, design and execute creative solutions for our clients.
I worked on a wide range of projects, building on my skills in concept ideation and execution; specifically 3D and 2D design, customer journey strategy and experiential design. Our projects often involved the design of spaces, focusing on the flow of people and the effective communication of brand information resulting in engaging customer experiences and increased social sharing. I would oversee the work of the creative team, presenting to clients and team members whilst directing the creative to ensure a successful result.

At Roar I gained a large amount of experience working on fashion campaigns. As a Senior Designer in a focused team I would be involved at all stages of the campaign, from concept ideation through to final delivery of finished assets. Amongst other responsibilities this role demanded creative thinking and concepting alongside the creative director and client, Art Direction on fashion shoots, 2D & 3D design, photo editing and retouching. I would guide junior staff and work closely with suppliers, manufacturers and photographers to ensure delivery of high quality assets to the client. The range of work also included furniture design, branding, shop fitting and web design.
