- That time I helped open a Mexican restaurantOne day, over a beer, a couple of my mates asked "you're a creative kinda guy right?". I said "yeah". They said "sweet, wanna help us open a Mexican restaurant?". So after designing everything from the logo to the colour palette to the signs for the toilets to the tiny little sombreros hand painted on the walls, I helped bring Marina Cantina to life.
- TradeMe - New or UsedTradeMe has always been New Zealand's go to online marketplace for second-hand goods. It's Gumtree meets eBay. But the majority of it's users were unaware that 40% of the stuff for sale on there is actually brand new products. TradeMe wanted to reposition themselves as an online store for new goods, without losing their roots in selling used stuff. AXIS AWARDS 2014 - Finalist (Outdoor)
- Fresh Up - The Official Drink of Unofficial SportFor decades Fresh-up made TV ads featuring rivalling mates, but they were always scripted and acted. So we took that history, and used it to create a new brand campaign. But instead of making a scripted 45 second brand TVC, we made a 45 minute live sporting broadcast with two real mates with one real rivalry. After months of hype from radio/TV interviews, press conferences, street posters, and a 6-part content series, these two lads battled it out in a sold out arena on one of New Zealand's biggest live sport channels.
