Passionate about music I’ve spent time mastering an instrument, playing drums as part of a band, setting up my own music blog, curating music events, writing analytically about the industry, setting up my own radio show, while also attending festivals and regular gigs to immerse myself in the wider community.
I purposefully chose not to study music at university, despite my desire to work in the industry, as I wanted to broaden my skill set and gain a deeper understanding and aptitude for business. My time spent working at Adidas and Coles allowed me to develop my creative thinking, manage projects, implement concepts and work with teams to create high impact across the business.
Projects
- MelatroisA mix of three London/ London adjacent black women, working through the hubbub of 20-somethinghood one IPA at a time. Serving up music with no genre restrictions and conversation inspired by the socio-political climate, Melatrois is two hours of down to earth, kind of weird airtime with more rhythm than rhyme.

- O2 MusicIn February 2019 I was brought into the fold of an agency called Just So to help come up with a creative concept for an O2 Music pitch which would engage with the infamous gen-z, whilst highlighting the importance of live music. However instead of playing it safe I asked Just So why don’t we go big. Why don't we pitch in their own music content platform that champions up and coming music talent. We pitched it. We Won It. This is O2 Music.
