  • European Client Conference
    European Client ConferenceOrganisation of a 100-attendee client conference in Munich, Germany, followed by an Oktoberfest reception. The project involved meeting with stakeholders to identify hot industry topics for the programme, followed by external and internal speaker sourcing, and development of the programme. Various briefing calls were arranged to prep all speakers. Invitations and exclusive content for reminders were developed to get and keep client interest in the event and estimulate registrations. Stakeholders and senior management were constantly updated on RSVP progress. I was also responsible for the venue search, contract negotiation and indetifying branding opportunities, which then led to a series of artworks being developed along with a production and design agency (registration desk, branded walls and banners, stage set and product demo stations). Development of tailored giveaways for the event. Delivery on-site and post-event feedback gathering, all activities within the set budget.

    • Responsible for the organisation of events from concept to delivery on-site and post-event reporting to support the company’s activity across EMEA. • Drive innovation to enhance the client experience during the events. • Development of event programmes and identifying external and internal speakers. • Management of budgets over £200k for specific projects, contract negotiation, venue search, and all other aspects of the event logistics, such as catering, security, and AV equipment. • Responsible for coordinating our sponsorship to third-party events and participation at trade-shows (stand design, speaking sessions, etc.), to make the most of branding and networking opportunities. • Responsible for the organisation of client webinars. • Development of communication plans to promote the events and increase registration. • Work closely with the Content team to develop insightful content for the events. Work closely with the Social team to ensure best possible brand exposure in social media during our own events or third-party conferences, within the company’s guidelines. • Management of internal and external suppliers and agencies, including creative agencies for the development of artwork for all event materials, communications and stage set. • Internal stakeholder management, to ensure expectations are properly set and met. • Ensuring feedback survey data is collected and analysed. • Responsible for ensuring that the Gifts & Entertainment policy is properly communicated to relationship management teams and correctly followed.
