I am the performance Director for all company members in the on site teams. Front of House, Bars, Merch, Security and Traders.
I create character profiles, establish their role and status in world, create exclusive tracks and content, train on specialist performance areas, hold daily notes sessions and ensure all team members are consistent in their work.
I also oversee the flow and running of the narrative world, maintaining consistency in messaging, currency, narrative arch and global parameters . I also design and implement exclusive content for access guests, curate and monitor pre narrative content, audience experience, and help with the daily running of the show.
