UX strategist and designer helping various businesses on their way towards better services for the people they dearly care about. I specialise in UX solutions and digital product concepts for software engineering, public sector and culture. I enjoy the exploration of human needs and approaching them with relevant and meaningful experiences.     Sophia tool for B2B – knowledge management with data science and MLE.ON B2B sales team in Germany needed to improve their information storage about potential customers and project partners. Each team member had their own way of doing it which made sharing information and status between colleagues very hard. Sophia tool not only makes the everyday work of B2B team more enjoyable, structured and efficient. It also allows to make well informed strategic decisions and provides in-depth look into the leads. All powered by data scraping and clear design.
