About me
I am have recently completed my degree in BA (hons) Fashion at Norwich University of the Arts. Specialising in Womenswear, I am passionate about the garment construction process and have a particular interest in creative pattern cutting. When creating my graduate collection, I focused on using 3D and flat innovative pattern cutting techniques to enhance the movement of my garments by constructing spiral lines to mimic the unique formation of waves and shells.
Projects
- CoralationMy graduate collection 'Coralation' is inspired by living near the beach and highlights the issues that our oceans are facing. My colours reference the range of corals that transform from bright through to bleached by acidification. My garments are designed to flow around the body and I have interpreted spiral lines within my pattern cutting techniques that mimic the unique formation of waves and shells.
