A strategy, transformation and operations leader with over 12 years’ experience across People Change, Financial Services and TMT. I am hugely experienced in strategic planning, translating strategy into deliverable outcomes and am an expert in leading large, high performing teams to deliver complex and large-scale operational transformation and product delivery in highly sensitive environments. - Probono - set up covid charityWhilst on maternity leave, during lockdown I volunteered to set up a charitable organisation, #PinYourThanks, a mechanism for people to thank their heroes who helped them during Covid. Working as chief of staff for the Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer for BT, I sit on the leadership team and am responsible for strategic planning, prioritisation and operations across our group to coordinate and motivate the leadership team to deliver the BT CEO’s strategic agenda.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end to end group operations including budget, planning, resourcing, internal
transformation, supplier management, group comms and engagement, group diversity &
inclusion, audit and risk
• Strategic planning, taking our CEOs strategic imperatives and translating them into a roadmap and
measures
• Own prioritisation recommendations to CSTO, ensuring the group focuses resource on key CEO &
Board priorities
• Own people operations to ensure we have a motivated, right sized and fit for purpose workforce
• Act as the voice of the CSTO at key meetings, providing briefings and writing presentations

Lead of a £25m+ portfolio delivering a super aggregated TV content strategy across multiple content partnerships. I worked with multicast and OTT content providers including Sky, NOWTV, Netflix and Amazon and led a global team of over 600 individuals working under NDA in a complex and highly sensitive environment.

• Management of a complex environment and stakeholder pool (on-shore & off-shore) as well as a
plan, technical integration, risks and dependencies across four internal & external technology
roadmaps with competing priorities
• Responsibility across c.30 workstreams, c.900 individuals and the end to end customer
experience and plan
• Partnered with propositions and marketing to identify all potential propositions, drive operational
readiness and agree go-to-market planning
