About me
Highly experienced client service professional with a strategic focus, delivering a collaborative approach to the management and growth of branding, design and communications projects.
Consulting independently since January 2020, my work involves new business pitching, facilitating workshops and interviews and leading client relationships for high profile brand identity, design and communications programmes. I also consult for boutique independent agencies to help with business development, which has included developing a new positioning for a creative agency and supporting the launch of their new website, plus advising on client servicing processes, strengthening new business responses and recruitment.
Prior to consulting, my last employed role was at Pentagram Design, where I was an Associate Partner for over a decade, and where I retain a consultancy relationship with several partners. Through this and client service roles at DMB&B, The Partners and Brand Union, I have gained over 20 years’ experience in branding, design and communications across all sectors.
Clients have included: Google, Unilever, Roche, Virgin Money, Virgin Media, BT, Huawei, Vodafone, Clarks, BAA, Swarovski, Waitrose, Berry Brothers, University of the Arts London, Imperial College London, London Design Festival, London Design Biennale, East Bank London.
I have a flexible and proactive style, blending critical thinking and problem solving with a positive approach. I believe in building strong relationships with both clients and internal teams through understanding, diplomacy and consensus building. In addition, I enjoy training and mentoring.

Project in collaboration with Six:Thirty and Goldsmiths students.

The identity was created by printing text on pieces of paper and then folding and photographing them from different angles. The differing angles enable the 2011 festival to have a flexible identity across the whole gamut of events whilst maintaining a consistent look and feel. This project was completed whilst at Pentagram
