- I was selected to be part of a small cohort of ethnic minority individuals who received mentoring from established figures within the fashion industry. I was mentored by the Head of Designer Initiatives and Memberships for the British Fashion Council on fashion business and sustainability.
- Through the BFC I was also able to attend a LFW NEWGEN show by Yuhan Wang. This programme, combined with The Miranda Brawn Diversity Leadership Foundation, exhibits my passion for diversity which I am a firm believer will play an integral role in the future of all industries.
- At the end of my mentoring, I was selected by one of four companies offering internships through the programme, Orlebar Brown, at which I worked as a Production Admin Assistant.
