About me

Creative, enthusiastic, and innovative marketer. Working at one of the UK’s most respected contemporary art venues. I have taken on significant accountability and have been acknowledged for creating new and alternative ideas. I am responsible for creating and implementing online and offline marketing campaigns, strategies and solutions to attract and maintain customers, to drive sales and to build a solid reputation. In 2015-2016, I was a part of a large-scale company rebrand, that included a new logo, brand guidelines, typeface, a new website (customised Wordpress), CRM and email system (Spektrix & DotMailer). I was heavily involved in the planning and research process and worked closely with our website developers to rethink the website’s functionality and design. I also managed this project on the launch day. With a passion for working digitally, I manage many other on-screen platforms: • Update content on the website, blog and social media platforms. • Design and update the DLWP shop website. • Design email marketing template and an email strategy. • Use of CRM program to monitor our database and to develop audiences. • Scheduling organic and paid posts on social media, our following has increased by 50k since July 2014. • Report, track and analyse website, social media and campaign performances proving success in strategies and ROI. During this time we assisted the launched of a pop-up shop in the local town and constructed our own fashion shoot for promotional purposes.

During this time I was given the opportunity to work abroad for three moths at Walt Disney World in Florida. I also wrote a 10,000-word dissertation. My dissertation explored multichannel fashion retailing: the impact on consumer behaviour. For my PR module I managed a group of four students under the name of Compass Communications for a live client: St Wilfred’s Hospice, a charity with 8 retail stores. Working alongside their retail division, we provided expertise with the help of the University.
