BA(Hons) Degree in Retail MarketingThe University of Brighton
- Eastbourne, United Kingdom
The course combined marketing and business management skills with specialist modules, such as PR, finance and accounting, e-tailing, consumer psychology, and advertising. During this time I was given the opportunity to work abroad for three moths at Walt Disney World in Florida. I also wrote a 10,000-word dissertation. My dissertation explored multichannel fashion retailing: the impact on consumer behaviour.
For my PR module I managed a group of four students under the name of Compass Communications for a live client: St Wilfred’s Hospice, a charity with 8 retail stores. Working alongside their retail division, we provided expertise with the help of the University.
