Lewis Swan is a multidisciplinary artist with a focus on photography. Lewis Swan’s creations that take form as personal, installation, editorial and client work all revolve around his ‘makeshift’ style. Obsessed with the use of colour, Swan studies theories on colour such as Johann Wolfgang von Goethe’s ‘Theory of Colours’. His third-year dissertation whilst studying at university revolved around the psychological effects of colour. This understanding of colour has translated throughout his work.

- "The Cuts Nobody Gave a Shit About" .1The scene is set in an undisclosed location. Drinks are spilling and the sound of footsteps echo around the room as the block party continues into the night. There are speakers set up in the centre of the room. These speakers are left gritty, scratched, dented and tarnished as they’re moved from space to space, from block party to block party. The subwoofers are bouncing as the gritty space mirrors the sound pumping from the multiple speakers as the artwork and the sound slowly blend into one.
- 'LOVECRIMES'Project exhibited in The Old Street Gallery in Old Street London for the event titled 'a collective:SOUL', An independent events platform representing artists in their creative fields. 'LOVECRIMES' started off as a client job for the DJ Maj Aliju, located in New York. Lewis Swan was hired to create a single for his new track titled 'Lovecrimes', but as the project grew and more outcomes were slowly created. This led to the beautiful collection of Pop Art like outcomes.
