As Creative Lead for the Malvern Group, I led the brand design strategy for the Group’s small portfolio of brands: LateRooms.com, Super Break, Malvern Travel Technology as well as the Malvern Group’s masterbrand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading a small team of creatives to ensure that all work was delivered to the highestpossible creative standards.
- Workload management and scheduling from all business stakeholders including marketing, content, social media, PR and business services
- Mentorship and guidance to fellow team members
- Overseeing and reviewing work produced by freelance designers and agencies.

I initially joined LateRooms.com as a maternity cover but soon proved my work ethic and ability as a designer, leading to the offer of a permanent position.

- Professional presentation designs for both internal and external use.
Highlight of the role: Re-brand of LateRooms.com’s Simply the Guest Awards. As well as a new look, this project required a new Wordpress website and rollout of the new identity across email, social, printed materials and the award itself.
