About me
Hi, I'm Lidia - a hybrid writer and editor. I mostly write short stories, comics and scripts. Some of my recent projects include a commission by the V&A Dundee to write a flash fiction piece for its Hello, Robot. exhibition, the launch of my comic, Dead in the Water, on Webtoon and directing Wilt, a female-led horror short. I'm also good at gushing or ranting about pop culture. My work has appeared in Radio Times, The Mary Sue, Screen Rant, Edinburgh Festivals Magazine and many more.

Hello, Robot. exhibition V&A DundeeGaia is a short story commissioned by the V&A Dundee as part of the museum's Hello, Robot. exhibition. By using an AI's records of the conversations it has with the family that owns it, Gaia examines how female-coded AIs can reinforce harmful gender stereotypes and create an expectation of submission from women. Illustration by Sean Mulvenna. You can read the whole story here: https://www.vam.ac.uk/dundee/articles/hello-robot-flash-fiction-gaia
