    My main task is to ensure the day-to-day smooth running of the hotel from front of house to housekeeping and maintenance. With constantly changing regulations enforced by the pandemic, I help customers with their bookings and last-minute cancellations, process refunds and handle invoices where necessary, train staff on mandatory procedures and secure the building to be in compliance with UK laws. While giving daily administrative support to the General Manager and handling difficult situations, my responsibilities also include sending weekly as well as monthly and quarterly financial and KPI reports to head office. As the first point of contact for guests, suppliers, partners and senior members of the company alike, I make sure to possess a profound knowledge of various areas of the business to maintain excellent communication across all parties.
