I am a highly motivated, enthusiastic and assertive individual with a demonstrated history of working in the media and creative industries. My work experience has enabled me to gain a plethora of skills and knowledge surrounding project and account management, administration, client services and branding, as well as an extensive understanding of Microsoft Office, Google and Adobe suites. I am a motivated art enthusiast which is reflected from my art history background, having gained a Bachelor of Arts in the History of Art and Design from the University of Brighton.

    I have been working at Latitude, a creative design agency that specialises in luxury hotel branding, for almost two years. My current position as Account Executive has allowed me to work with such clients as Four Seasons, Marriott and Raffles Singapore. Taking on a more challenging position means I now have additional responsibilities, which include: - In charge of managing and driving projects from inception through to completion - Representing the agency as one of the client’s key points of contact, keeping a client and the team informed on a projects progress at every development - Ensure that projects run to schedule and all within their allocated budgets - Working closely with the MD/CEO to prepare quotes, schedules, agenda, production quotes, written proposals, contact reports, purchase orders, expense entries, invoices and regularly review the status of a project - Recruiting freelancers (including designers, creative directors and illustrators) for projects - Working closely with creatives to make sure the creative specifications of a project are met - Providing the Artistic Director with any creative assistance they may need - Participation in all general daily studio support, project set up and relevant meetings - Thoroughly reviewing all output before its sent to the client including any designs, deliverables, presentations and proposals
