Working as Development Lead in the development team, researching visuals and designing layouts for pitches and decks. To manage and lead the production of presentations, creative briefs and other materials for the company and clients. Working within a collaborative, ambitious development studio as the key link between the studio team and clients. Responsible for liaising with clients throughout the project to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time to expert, premium standard. Delegating to and supervising Development Assistants on the delivery of project- related aspects. Training assistants and new starters. Undertaking and supervising Visual Research (images, gifs, video, editing, photoshopping) and bespoke Design (typography, graphic design). Utilising excellent working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premier Pro CC, Adobe Illustrator, Keynote. Keeping up to date with current trends in film, television, commercials, branded content, promos, graphic design and photography. Contributing to, and coming up with, web and social media content. Representing the company at events, building successful relationships with clients.

Maintaining the company website, refreshing content from internal contributors, ensuring in the process that all content is accurate and of the highest quality. Managing all social media accounts, creating content for Twitter, Facebook, Instagram as well as news posts for work produced by the company. Being Responsible for all MailChimp emailers including design, CMS and analysis. Organising weekly conference calls between international departments of the company.

Studied Stop-Motion Animation at Staffs Uni, creating 2D and 3D Puppets for a series of short films throughout the course. Also took part in the Stuttgart 48hr Animation Competition where we competed with other teams to finish a minute long animated short on site in 2 days.
