Requiring the ability to work alone, I run the women's division across fittings, showroom, e-commerce and commercial enquiries. The role involves the management and development of client and model relationships, extensive knowledge of usages and day rates, scouting and new face development while providing fit models to both high-street and luxury clients. An awareness of the ever-changing tides of fashion and sustainable fash-tech is essential; while the agencies specialism in digital expertise encourages a knowledge of 3D scanning and garment technology. In a tight-knit agency, creative confidence is required. Daily jobs can alternate between hosting and organising castings both for the agency and for clients, setting up in-house shoots, API management, consultancy and studio co-ordination.

Working within a busy and creative content agency, I supported various aspects of content production, asset management, talent booking and editorial creation. Working on simultaneous projects for the likes of Unilever, Cleanipedia, All Things Hair and Kenwood.
My role involved talent booking and location scouting, story boarding, music licensing, final sign-offs, subtitling, budget tracking and leading UK-based projects and client meetings while the lead producer spearheaded content abroad.
From this role, I have developed direct skills within CMS, AEM, photoshop and asset creation. While my role has predominantly advanced skills within project planning, location & talent scouting and creative copy.
