About me

Having completed five years at The BRIT School I went on to graduate from The University of Exeter with an upper second class honours degree in Drama. Having performed in several theatre productions I have gained a high level of confidence. I love being with likeminded creative people and am seeking a role in a young dynamic organisation where I know I will thrive. I am a creative individual who enjoys working independently as well as within larger teams. I have great communication skills, both written and in person. I work hard and have held a number of part time and temporary jobs for many years while progressing my education.

Pinga is a start-up app where you are able to broadcast and complete tasks in your local community. After completing social media training, I took inspiration from Neil Patel’s ‘Growth Hacking’ guide and went on to complete a full audit of Pinga’s social media platforms using Microsoft Excel. Breaking down what worked well, I came up with a strategy to maximise how to organically grow their audience. I had creative freedom to produce content across Facebook, Instagram and Twitter which I found very rewarding. This included writing emails on Campaign Monitor, creating videos on Lumen and introducing a blog to be featured on their website. My team also trusted me to become proficient with Photoshop during my time which I am now very confident with.

During my time at RSVP I have worked on several different accounts including as a booking agent for Secret Escapes, a customer advisor and salesperson for Direct Wines and Hello Fresh. It is a fast-paced environment and I have won top seller on over five occasions and I set the record for the highest amount of daily sales on Virgin Wines. I have learnt the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and have acquired excellent verbal and written communication skills whilst dealing with customers professionally.
