Born in Oxford, I have from a young age, loved painting, drawing and everything to do with paper and patterns. In recent times, I have taken my passion into illustration and painting and now work in many different mediums including paint, ink, oil pastel and collage.
I studied at the Camberwell College of Arts London, graduating in 1999 with a BA (Hons) in Graphic Design.
After graduation, I continued with my love of drawing and painting on a personal level. January 2010, I founded the design studio Obiko, based in the seaside town of Hastings UK.
My first project for Obiko, was designing and selling luxury stationery to independent local shops in Hastings.
Within a year, Obiko products, could be found in some of the most sort after shops and art galleries worldwide from Liberty in London, Spiral in Tokyo to the Art Gallery North South Wales in Sydney.
Ten years later, I sketch everyday, continue to design for Obiko, which now carries a small and exclusive stationery range, together with artwork and prints.

- People and PlaceThis was a project about capturing the past and looking to the future, taking inspiration from the historic Observer Building building in the heart of Hastings. The project bought together 11 local artists, who were chosen for the exhibition ‘People and Place’ . On June 21st 2019, we were given hard hats and 4 hours in this historic building in Hastings town centre. We could use the space as we wanted and work in any medium.
