- The Pentland Churchill Wardrobe Competition entry 2020This was my entry for the Pentland Churchill wardrobe competition 2020, entered via arts thread. The brief was to design a casual item of clothing Inspired by Winston Churchill, something he would appreciate and perhaps wear if he were alive today. In my project I have thought about his own particular style, his hobbies and motifs that symbolise him.
- Scrub Hub Fareham - Scrub Hub CampaignCurrently I have joined the scrub hub campaign, I am sewing Free Scrubs for the NHS in response to the Covid-19 crisis. It began with a facebook page and a fundraiser on Go Fund Me and ever since the feature on the One Show my campaign has exceeded it's target for donations and I have around 70 volunteers offering to help me in my local area.
- Rhinestone Rodeo | Pre-Collection 2019 | RebootedSince finishing university I have continually kept sewing in order to keep my skills fresh, I went back into my pre-collection and re worked it with existing materials that I purchased from charity shops, carrot sales and remnant materials. My collection focuses on a muse for fashion, my muse being Dolly Parton, where I explore exaggerated femininity and drag inspirations combined with her southern style.
