- INSTARINSTAR is a mobile application that aims to help people at the risk of retrenchment by enhancing their competitive edge in their respective industries and give them the relevant skills that they might need to be reemployed again in the future. INSTAR hopes to make learning simple and accessible for users, with an easy certification process that is recognised by industry standards and certified by WSQ (Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications).
