- Help save the planet with your food shop - Farmdrop ads on the London UndergroundFarmdrop, the online ethical supermarket, launched its new visual identity in 2018. This translated in various London Underground campaigns showcasing the service's key offerings: organic farm-fresh groceries, ethically-sourced products, free-range and high-welfare British meat, electric-van deliveries... In May 2019, as the conversation around climate change intensified, the team felt the need to develop a more assertive message and briefed a cross-function internal team.

As the Creative Lead I was responsible for:
• Large projects; Owning and leading large business impact projects from start to finish, including paid-digital, CRM and OOH campaigns that delivered fantastic commerical results.
• Seasonal and campaign direction; concepting, campaign activations, leading photoshoots to owning visual roll out.
• Design custodian for quality; overseeing the daily output and ensuring the team are meeting the design direction of the brand to the highest standards through the team’s work and my own. Developing (with the design team) & working with a roster of creative suppliers across the industry (such as photographers, illustrators, videographers) that fed into B&W’s creative work.
• Shaping the creative direction of the visual brand to continue bringing Bloom & Wild to life. Mentoring junior members of the team in their tasks and growth areas, focusing on coaching and upskilling. Comfortable to get hands on in day to day BAU work.
