About me
Lucy Early is a 22 year old Illustrator based in Sheffield, she uses her art to explore topics such as class struggles, sexuality and gender roles through the filters of fantastical and sci-fi settings. She predominantly works in Autodesk Sketchbook but is also proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator as well as using dip pens for inking traditional art. Her latest project, Starblazer Inc., was a sci-fi and superhero inspired comic which took place on the planet of Knowhere, where three runaways have to work together to escape their pasts into a new dimension. I tried to focus on how galleries across the UK can expand peoples minds while also providing them with a sense of calm.
