  • (Jan 2016 – July 2016 Contract / July – Present – Freelance) Managed the World’s biggest Gallery Opening Party (6,000 VIPS) plus over 20 associated Gallery and Private art and dining Events at both Tate Britain and Modern. • Production managed 2 main stage performances by Mercury Prize Winner, Benjamin Clementine and DJ set by Mary Anne Hobbs. • Managed a £250,000 budget for the opening alone. • Managed all areas of production to event management (from health and safety, visitor experience, security, event hosts, 9 pop up bars, 2 restaurants, 250 catering staff, cleaning as well as projection lighting, AV, live streaming and 3 BBC camera crews). • Collaborating consistently and closely with Tate Entertaining, Tate Catering, Marketing and PR departments • Managed an Event Officer & associated HR. • Managed The London’s Burning Fire Garden Installation on the Tate Modern landscape seeing 120 fire sculptures set alight to commemorate the 350th anniversary of the Great Fire of London & bar & pop up restaurant. • Currently managing and producing Uniqlo branded Tate Lates events to activate the spaces using music, film, pop ups, workshops and cocktails.

(From February 2015 I was based in Verona, Italy completing at set of Creative Projects while also learning basic Italian). Main focus was sourcing locations, designing and creating all floral arrangements for each client event as well as venue dressing, managing and coordinating event schedules and budgets. Fashion Styling Assistant – supporting planning & execution of location shoots, model prep/dressing, designer credits & management & return to PR companies of up to £100,000 of loaned designer jewelry & Clothes for both editorial and commercial shoots (Adidas, Canary Wharf Magazine, Vantage Magazine, Hope Street Magazine, Huf Magazine etc).
