About me
Makiko is a Japanese performance/theatre/event designer.
She studied at MA Innovation Management at CSM in London, solving social problems with art and design, where she became knowledgeable about making concepts, art direction, and experience research and design. Her interest is heavily on people’s 3D experience and she went deeper study at MA Performance Design and Practice to design audience’ experiences in intimate environment, involving more than 5 senses. She has made works in London, Athens, and Tokyo.

Work as an installation maker. Analyse window display design on software such as Vectorworks, Rhino, and sketchup, and created blueprints to purchase materials and to navigate hand crafting. Work for HERMES and Shiseido's high quality installation.
