I am a Lead UX/Service Designer and User Researcher with strong visual thinking and storytelling skills. I work mostly with public, health, care and educations services and organisations. Recent projects include working for Camden Council, the Department for Education, NHS, Defra, Wellcome Trust and the British Medical Association.
Over the last two decades, I have also worked with a large number of Tech start-ups, scale-ups and larger companies within the private sector. I have built cross-disciplinary design teams and started user research programmes from scratch.
